Team Management

Manage who has access to the MailBridge dashboard — settings, routing rules, integrations, and request history.

Replying in Slack / Discord

No MailBridge account needed. Anyone already in your Slack workspace or Discord server can use the bot to reply to customers from day one.

Dashboard access

Requires a MailBridge account. Invite members here to give them access to settings, routing rules, integrations, and request history.

Inviting members

Go to Settings → Team and click Invite member. Enter their email address and select a role. They'll receive an invitation email with a link to set up their account.
