Quick start

Connect your inbox, set up Slack or Discord, and route your first email in under 10 minutes.

Create an account

Sign up at app.mailbridge.ai — no credit card required. Your 14-day trial starts immediately with full Professional features.

Trial lasts 14 days. Full Professional features, no card needed.

Connect your inbox

Forward emails from your support address (e.g. support@yourcompany.com) to your unique MailBridge forwarding address. It takes about 60 seconds.

  1. 1 Go to Settings → Inbox in your MailBridge dashboard.
  2. 2 Copy your unique forwarding address (e.g. abc123@in.mailbridge.ai).
  3. 3 Add a forwarding rule in your email provider to forward to that address.

Add Slack or Discord

Install the MailBridge Slack app or add the Discord bot from Settings → Integrations. Select a default channel — that's where all triaged emails land.

Set up routing rules

Optional

Route bug reports to #bugs, billing questions to #billing, and feature requests to your PM. Rules are category-based and override the default channel.
