Message limits
A "message" is counted each time MailBridge triages an inbound email. Spam emails that are silently discarded are not counted toward your limit.
At 80% of your limit — we'll send you a warning email so you have time to upgrade.
At 100% of your limit — new emails are not processed until your plan resets or you upgrade. Emails are not lost; they queue and are processed when the limit resets.
Upgrading or downgrading
Go to Settings → Billing and click Manage subscription. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can upgrade, downgrade, or update your payment method.
Upgrades take effect immediately — prorated for the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account is paused — no data is deleted and you can resubscribe whenever you're ready.
Invoices
Invoices are issued automatically each billing cycle by Stripe and emailed to your account's billing email. You can download past invoices from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription → Billing history. If you need a custom invoice or have billing questions, contact us.
