Account Settings

Manage your personal profile, password, and organization details from the Settings section of your dashboard.

Your profile

Go to Settings → Profile to update your personal information.

Display name

The name shown in the MailBridge dashboard and in the reply attribution log. Update it any time — changes take effect immediately.

Email address

Your login email is tied to your account and cannot be changed. It is set when you first sign up.

Change password

Go to Settings → Profile → Change password. You'll need to enter your current password to confirm the change.

Steps
  1. 1

    Go to Settings → Profile.

  2. 2

Scroll to the Change password section.

  3. 3

    Enter your current password.

  4. 4

Enter and confirm your new password (minimum 8 characters).

  5. 5

    Click Update password.

Your current password is required to verify it's you. If you've forgotten it, sign out and use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page.

Organization settings

Go to Settings → General to manage your workspace settings. Only the organization owner can make changes here.

Organization name

The display name for your workspace, shown in the dashboard and in notification messages. You can update it at any time.

Slug

A short, URL-safe identifier for your organization (e.g. acme). The slug is used in your inbound email address and cannot be changed after creation.

Inbound email address

Every organization gets a unique inbound address:

your-slug@inbound.mailbridge.ai

Forward or alias your support email (e.g. support@yourcompany.com) to this address. Every email that arrives is automatically triaged and routed.

You can find your inbound address at any time in Settings → General. See Inbox setup for step-by-step forwarding instructions for Gmail, Outlook, and other providers.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your personal account from Settings → Profile → Danger zone.

This cannot be undone. Deleting your account removes your profile, sign-in access, and all personal data. If you are the organization owner, the organization and all its data will also be deleted.

You'll be asked to enter your password to confirm before deletion proceeds.

Delete your organization

Only the organization owner can delete the workspace. Go to Settings → General → Danger zone.

This cannot be undone. Deleting the organization permanently removes all conversations, routing rules, integrations, API keys, webhook endpoints, and team members. Billing is cancelled immediately.

You'll be asked to type your organization slug to confirm before deletion proceeds.
