Slack Help Desk Software
Not a Slack app that
pings you. A help desk
that lives in Slack.
Most "Slack integrations" tell you a ticket exists somewhere else. MailBridge is different — email becomes the actual conversation, triaged and routed into the channel your team already watches, with no ticket system underneath it.

Who actually needs this.
"Support" doesn't always mean customers. It's whatever email keeps landing somewhere your team isn't watching.
SaaS & startup teams
You already have a Slack app for this. It just pings you.
If you've looked at Zendesk or Front's Slack integration, you've seen the pattern: a notification lands in a channel telling you a ticket exists somewhere else. Someone still has to leave Slack to actually answer it. MailBridge skips the ticket entirely — the email itself becomes the thread, triaged and ready to reply to, without a second tab.
Internal IT & ops teams
The requests are already emails. They just go to a black hole.
Password resets, access requests, "my laptop won't turn on" — most of it already arrives at an IT distro list or a shared mailbox nobody's assigned to check. MailBridge routes it into #it-support as a triaged, prioritized thread instead, so requests stop dying in a mailbox with three people quietly cc'd on it.
Agencies & consultancies
Every client email, visible to the whole team — without shared inbox access.
Client questions come in over email, but the team working the account lives in Slack. Instead of adding four people to a shared mailbox (and hoping nobody replies twice), each client's emails land in their own channel, classified by urgency, so anyone on the account can see the full history without inbox access.
Set up once. Nobody else changes a thing.
No OAuth grant to your whole Google Workspace, no IT approval queue — just a forwarding rule.
Forward your inbox
Add a forwarding rule in your email settings — Gmail, Outlook, or any provider.
AI triages on arrival
Category, priority, and sentiment are attached before it ever reaches a human.
It lands in Slack
Routed to the right channel automatically, as a real threaded conversation.
You reply from Slack
The sender gets a normal email back. They never know Slack was involved.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before connecting your support inbox. Is MailBridge a help desk replacement?⌄
For small teams, yes. MailBridge is built for teams that want support to stay close to email, Slack, Discord, Linear, GitHub, ClickUp, and their existing AI tools without adopting a heavy ticketing suite.
Do replies get sent automatically?⌄
No. MailBridge can draft replies with the right customer and resolution context, but your team stays in control of what gets sent. The goal is faster, better replies—not an agent freelancing with customers.
How does MailBridge know where to route a request?⌄
It reads the customer email, account context, urgency, intent, and your routing rules, then sends the work to the right place: a Slack or Discord channel, a Linear issue, a GitHub issue, a ClickUp task, or whatever workflow you’ve configured.
What makes the Knowledge Base different from normal docs?⌄
The Knowledge Base is operational context, not just public documentation. It can include policies, product notes, prior resolutions, account details, and internal guidance so replies and AI tool responses are grounded in what your team actually knows.
What is the MCP Server for?⌄
The MCP Server lets tools like Claude, Cursor, and internal agents safely query approved support context. That means your team can ask AI for customer-aware answers without copying private threads into random prompts.
Can we start small and expand later?⌄
Yes. Most teams start with one support inbox and one destination, then add routing, task creation, the chat widget, knowledge sources, and MCP access as their support workflow gets more structured.
Does MailBridge include a website chat widget?⌄
Yes. You can add the MailBridge chat widget to your website so customers can get help without leaving the page. It uses the same approved knowledge and support context as your inbox workflows, with conversations kept connected to your team.
Does MailBridge support Telegram and WhatsApp?⌄
Telegram support is available today, bringing those conversations into the same routing, ownership, knowledge, and resolution workflow as your other support channels. WhatsApp support is coming soon.
Ready when you are
Give every customer email an owner, context, and next step.
MailBridge keeps the inbox connected to the work that actually resolves customer problems, so small teams can move with the discipline of much larger support orgs.
