Is there a free plan?

No permanent free tier. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full Professional access — no credit card required. After the trial you choose a paid plan or your account pauses.

What counts as an email?

Each inbound email processed by MailBridge counts as one message toward your monthly limit. Emails that bounce or are flagged as spam before reaching our pipeline don't count.

What happens if I hit my monthly limit?

We'll warn you at 80% so you have time to act. Once you reach 100%, new inbound emails are held with a 'limit exceeded' status and are not dispatched to Slack or Discord. Upgrading your plan immediately restores processing.

Can I change plans mid-month?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do you support annual billing?

Annual billing with a discount is on our roadmap. Reach out and we'll work something out for early customers.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. African customers can contact us — Paystack support (mobile money, local cards) is coming.

Can I use multiple Slack workspaces on Starter?

Starter includes one Slack or Discord workspace. Professional and above support multiple workspaces simultaneously.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Integration credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Email content is processed in memory and never stored in plaintext longer than necessary for triage.
