Quick start

Connect your inbox, set up Slack or Discord, and route your first email in under 10 minutes.

Create an account

Sign up at app.usemailbridge.com — no credit card required. Your 10-day trial starts immediately with Professional features and 1,000 widget AI answers.

Trial lasts 10 days. Full Professional features, no card needed.

Connect your inbox

Forward emails from your support address (e.g. support@yourcompany.com) to your unique MailBridge forwarding address. It takes about 60 seconds.

  1. 1 Go to Settings → Inbox in your MailBridge dashboard.
  2. 2 Copy your unique forwarding address (e.g. abc123@in.mailbridge.ai).
  3. 3 Add a forwarding rule in your email provider to forward to that address.

Add Slack or Discord

Install the MailBridge Slack app or add the Discord bot from Integrations. Select a default channel — that's where all triaged emails land.

Set up routing rules

Optional

Route bug reports to #bugs, billing questions to #billing, and feature requests to your PM. Rules are category-based and override the default channel.
